This enables regulatory and commercial teams to automatically share critical information within Vault.<\/p>\n<h2>How it Works<\/h2>\n<p>First, organizations need to configure the eCTD compliance package feature in ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ PromoMats. Next, users create a preclearance compliance package or 2253 submission package (with or without linked references) using the eCTD compliance binder template. Once they move the compliance package to \u201cready for submission\u201d, it triggers the RIM-PromoMats Connection to create a submission within ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ RIM. That submission creates a content plan, adds all relevant cross-links, and matches those cross-links to the content plan. If licensed, the content plan can then be published through ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ Submissions Publishing.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/rim-promomats-connection-features-brief-figure-1.png\"><\/p>\n<p>As was previously the case, ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ RIM serves as the source of truth for the application and applicant, whereas ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ PromoMats maintains the promotional labeling and advertising contacts.
