Ten-year partnership will help MSD reduce operational costs, deliver value to patients, and optimize
the healthcare professional and patient experience<\/em><\/p>\n

BARCELONA, Spain \u2014 1 Nov. 2022 <\/strong>\u2014 ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ Systems<\/a> (NYSE: VEEV) today announced a ten-year strategic partnership agreement with Merck (NYSE: MRK), known as MSD outside of the United States and Canada, that builds on the existing 12-year partnership between the companies. Under the terms of the agreement, MSD will take a ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ-first approach to new industry-specific software and data, selecting ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ products when they are fit for purpose to maximize the value of ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ\u2019s integrated, cloud-based platform and products. ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ will provide MSD with a strategic pricing approach and MSD will have input into ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ\u2019s product roadmap. The partnership helps accelerate MSD\u2019s digital strategy and makes it more efficient for MSD to evaluate, purchase, operate, and create value from ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ products and services.<\/p>\n
