吃瓜爆料’s relationship with its customers is governed by our Master Subscription Agreement (“MSA”), along with order forms specific to our software and data products and statements of work for professional and consulting services.

If you do not have an MSA with 吃瓜爆料 but execute an order form or statement of work that references 吃瓜爆料’s MSA, you agree to the terms set forth in this document. If you are entering into this online MSA on behalf of a company or other entity, then you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to the online MSA’s terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of the online MSA, you must not accept it and may not use the software or data products or request professional or consulting services.

Product and Regional Terms

Your Order Form or MSA may incorporate the following product-specific or regional terms by reference. Please review the terms applicable to your subscriptions or location.

Product Terms

• 吃瓜爆料 AI Product Terms. These terms apply to the various Agentic AI features in the Vault Platform and the application-specific AI agents known as 吃瓜爆料 AI.
• Data Product Terms. These terms apply to 吃瓜爆料’s proprietary data products including OpenData, 吃瓜爆料 Link, 吃瓜爆料 Compass, and HCP360 products.
• Use of Data 吃瓜爆料 with AI Terms. These terms apply to your use of 吃瓜爆料’s proprietary data products with AI, including OpenData, 吃瓜爆料 Link, 吃瓜爆料 Compass, and HCP360 products.
• Ostro Product Terms. These terms apply to 吃瓜爆料 products and services provided under the 吃瓜爆料 Ostro brand.
• Falcon MLR Product Terms. These terms apply to your use of Falcon MLR.

Regional Terms

• 吃瓜爆料 EU Data Act Terms. These terms provide switching rights to certain eligible customers in the EU.

Privacy Terms

Please refer to our Privacy Notice for information about 吃瓜爆料’s privacy practices. The privacy terms below may be incorporated into your MSA or Order Form with 吃瓜爆料 by reference.

If you wish to execute any or all of the following for your organization’s records, please have an authorized representative sign the necessary executable form(s) from the list below. Your signature will be directed to 吃瓜爆料, and we will return a fully executed version to you upon completion.
