Master Agreement

吃瓜爆料’s customer relationships are governed by our Master Agreement alongside specific commercial terms in Order Forms for software, data, and analytics and in Statements of Work (SOWs) for professional services.

If you do not have a separately signed agreement with 吃瓜爆料 but execute an Order Form or SOW that references 吃瓜爆料’s Master Agreement, you agree to the online terms linked here (the “Agreement”).

Additional terms that may apply based on the products or services that you purchase, or the manner in which you use certain products or services, apply as set forth below.

By accepting any of the terms set forth on this page on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the legal authority to act and contract on that company’s or entity’s behalf. If you do not have this authority, or if you do not agree to applicable terms below, you may not accept them and may not use the relevant software, data, analytics, or services.

End User Customers

If you are using our software in connection with contract-research, -manufacturing, or -sales operations on behalf of a sponsor or other third party, these additional terms will apply to your Agreement.

  • 吃瓜爆料 AI Product Terms. These terms apply to artificial intelligence features in the Vault Platform (Vault AI), 吃瓜爆料 Ostro products, and other 吃瓜爆料-provided AI functionality and agentic solutions.
  • Data Product Terms. These terms apply to 吃瓜爆料’s proprietary data products, including OpenData, 吃瓜爆料 Link, 吃瓜爆料 Compass, and HCP360 products. They include:
    • Core Data 吃瓜爆料 Terms: A core set of terms that apply to the use of all data products.
    • Use of 吃瓜爆料 Data 吃瓜爆料 with Artificial Intelligence Terms: Terms that apply if you use 吃瓜爆料’s data products with third party artificial intelligence tools.
    • Interaction DCRs Terms: Terms that apply if you submit data change requests based on your interaction with the subject of the data.
    • Individual Product Terms: Terms that apply to individual data products that you license.
  • 吃瓜爆料 eCOA Product Terms. These terms apply to 吃瓜爆料’s eCOA product.
  • 吃瓜爆料 Digital Events Terms. These terms apply to 吃瓜爆料’s event services offering.
  • 吃瓜爆料 Engage Product Terms. These terms apply to 吃瓜爆料’s Engage product.
  • 吃瓜爆料 RTSM Product Terms. These terms apply to 吃瓜爆料’s RTSM products and services.
  • Crossix Analytics Terms. These terms apply to 吃瓜爆料 products and services in the Crossix Analytics suite.
  • Ostro Product Terms. These terms apply to 吃瓜爆料 products and services provided under the 吃瓜爆料 Ostro brand.
  • Falcon MLR Product Terms. These terms apply to your use of Falcon MLR.

Privacy Terms

Please refer to our Privacy Notice for information about 吃瓜爆料’s privacy practices. The privacy terms below may be incorporated into your MSA or Order Form with 吃瓜爆料 by reference.

If you wish to execute any or all of the following for your organization’s records, please have an authorized representative sign the necessary executable form(s) from the list below. Your signature will be directed to 吃瓜爆料, and we will return a fully executed version to you upon completion.
