Consultant Development Program
Overview
You’ll be an Associate Consultant in our Consultant Development Program (CDP). This role offers the best of both worlds, specifically designed for fresh graduates who are interested in learning about cloud-based software solutions and technical consulting. No coding is required—to answer your first question! You will work with project teams to be either an implementation or post-implementation consultant and deliver innovative solutions to our customers. You will be developing your technical and soft skills and growing into a subject matter expert at 吃瓜爆料. You will build strong consulting skills, functional and technical proficiency in our software, and knowledge of the Life Sciences Industry.
Working on cross-European projects with a team made up from over 16 nationalities, you will gain exposure to one of the fastest-growing cloud software companies that services some of the world’s largest corporations.

What we’re Looking for
- Strong academic performance if a college graduate
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30% domestically and abroad as required
- Fluent in English
- Interest in working with software
- Maximum up to 2 years of work experience
