Consultant Development Program
Overview
You’ll be an Associate Consultant in our Consultant Development Program (CDP). This role offers the best of both worlds, specifically designed for fresh graduates who are interested in learning about cloud-based software solutions and technical consulting. Your University major doesn’t matter—we’re looking for innovative problem solvers with a passion for technology. No coding is required—to answer your first question! You will work with project teams to deliver innovative technical solutions to the Life Sciences industry. You will develop your technical and soft skills and grow into a subject matter expert at 吃瓜爆料. Expect to level up your consulting skills, functional and technical proficiency in our software, and knowledge of the Life Sciences Industry.

What we’re Looking for
- Strong academic performance if a college graduate (all majors welcome)
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30%
- Interest in working with software
- Maximum up to 2 years of work experience
