薬価改定、 ジェネリック医薬品の数量シエア目標やグローバルな競争激化など、 厳しさを増す製薬業界。 コスト削減のためMR （医薬品情報を提供する営業） の数は減っています。 また、 訪問規制などにより忙しさを増す医師の時間を日中に取るのは難しく、 MRは待ち時間に多くを費やし、 適切に情報を伝えることができにくくなっています。 この問題を解決すべく、 エンタッチ社は医師が都合のよい時間にMRと予約を取り、 電話とオンラインで医薬品情報提供をする仕組みを開発しました。 診察前や診察後を含む６時から23 時まで、経験豊富なMRが全国の医師に対応します。
