イベント概要　：

世界におけるデジタル化の急加速は、医療従事者のチャネルのさらなる複雑化?多様化をもたらしました。コロナ禍を経て急速にDX化している製薬業界の変革期において、なぜDXなのか？ 課題発掘とその目的意識への自覚の重要性が今、あらためて問われています。

今回のCommercial Summit Connectは、ユーザー様同士の連携を深めていただくことにフォーカスし、デジタルファーストの提案、ユーザー様による事例講演、課題解決の成功事例の共有、そして多くのユーザー様同士のLiveディスカッションをご用意しております。

登壇者に、株式会社DX JAPAN代表の植野大輔様、アステラス製薬株式会社 情報システム部部長の須田真也様、大日本住友製薬株式会社 マーテック戦略推進室長の横田 京一様をお迎えし、DXが進む製薬業界外の知見を交え、これからDXに取り組む皆様へのヒントをご提供します。

• 『医师と考えるコミュニケーション』

奈良県立医科大学大学院 臨床研究センター教授の笠原正登様、ファルメディコ株式会社 代表取締役社長（医師?医学博士）狭間研至様、大阪大学大学院医学系研究科 医師?医学博士の大森一生様にご参集いただき、医師の視点からコミュニケーションを議論する中で、改めてCRMの基盤となる 『コミュニケーションの本質』 を理解し、今後のデジタルマーケティングやCRMへの示唆をご提供します。
